Booking Terms

• A 60% deposit is required to secure and confirm your reservation.
• The outstanding balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing via email.
• Guests are responsible for reviewing their booking confirmation and the applicable booking terms and conditions.
• Rates and reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Pearl View Guest House.
